Refund policy

In Store Returns Policy

We accept exchanges for product/ store credit within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind. 

Items purchased in the month of December will be eligible for exchange through to 31/1/25

All items purchase in sale section are final sale. 

 

 

Online Returns Policy

As sometimes things can look a little different online, we make an exception to our returns policy for online orders.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


To start a return, you can contact us at sophiecatherinejewellery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault. We will not refund any delivery charges for unwanted items or exchanges. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are returned to us safely, please securely repackage the item(s) and send via a tracked and signed service.

We will notify you by email of received goods and process the exchange or refund accordingly.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot exchange or refund any earrings that have been worn.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
